Return Policy

Due to strict safety and quality regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened and originally sealed bottles. Once the vacuum or freshness seal is broken, the chemical is considered contaminated and cannot be returned. Please contact our support within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization.
